Rapid Express Delivery LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our team as Delivery Associates.

You’ll be driving a company-provided Amazon van and delivering packages to customers throughout the local area. You  do not need a CDL  for this position.

We have both full-time opportunities and are looking for people who are dependable, comfortable working independently, and able to keep up with a physically active job.

Starting Pay: $21.00–$22.00 per hour

Location: Seffner, FL
Start Time: 9:45 AM
Shift: 10 hours
Work Location: In person

What you'll be doing

• Safely driving and operating a company delivery van.
• Delivering Amazon packages to customers.
• Loading and unloading packages.
• Using a handheld device/smartphone for navigation, routing, and delivery information.
• Getting in and out of the van throughout the day and walking up stairs during deliveries.
• Working outside and driving in different weather conditions.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Following all safety and company policies.
• Showing up on time and ready to work.

You don't need previous delivery experience to apply. What matters most to us is that you're dependable, willing to work hard, and able to handle the physical demands of the job.

What we're looking for

• Must be 21 years or older .
• Must have a  valid driver's license .
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be comfortable using a smartphone/handheld device.
• Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to repeatedly get in and out of a van, walk, and climb stairs throughout the day.
• Must be willing to work  at least one weekend day each week (Saturday or Sunday) .
• Must have reliable attendance and be on time for scheduled shifts.
• Must be willing to follow safety procedures and make safety a priority.
• A resume is preferred, but even a basic employment history is helpful.

Drug Screening & Background Check

As part of our hiring process, applicants who move forward will be required to complete a  pre-employment drug screening and background check .

Employment is contingent upon successfully completing the required screening process and meeting all applicable hiring requirements.

Please be aware that a drug screening is required for this position. Applicants should not assume that a positive result for marijuana/THC will automatically be accepted based on state or personal marijuana laws.

Schedule

This is a daytime delivery position with a 9:45 AM start time .

Full-time drivers generally work 10-hour shifts and must be available to work at least  one weekend day each week .

During a full 10-hour shift, employees receive a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.

Being on time is very important in this job. Our drivers work on a daily delivery schedule, so  reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.
