* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
* Ability to manage emails, scheduling, data entry, research, and administrative tasks.
* Professional and reliable communication with clients and internal team members.
* Must be able to follow company procedures and meet business requirements.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide administrative and operational support.
* Manage emails, calendars, documents, and spreadsheets.
* Conduct online research and organize information.
* Assist with recruiting and business-development activities when needed.
* Maintain accurate records and update company systems.
* Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and team members.
* Support other business tasks as assigned.
