Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $33.50/hour
• Pay Package: Paid weekly via direct deposit

What You'll Do

• Create, organize, and maintain medical records, files, logs, and documents and ensure confidentiality.
• Monitor inventory of clinic supplies and prepare inventory reports.
• Assist with referral coordination and transfer of medical records.
• Support the preparation of routine medical and dental reports.
• Read and understand medical instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with sign-in/out logs and record security protocols.
• Support clerical tasks related to patient records and administrative documentation.

What You Need

• Current eligibility for ICE clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Prior experience with medical records, clerical work, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to organize and maintain confidential records accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation procedures is a plus.
